Why is a textured 'fro something Jill has to "get away with" according to ESSENCE? Still disappointed in how far ESSENCE has to go.

Jill looks great in all styles. Her confidence is captivating! It is frustrating that essence did not take the time to label the styles with the proper names. #10 is a "Puff" and #9 is "Kinky Twists". The only hair styles that this mag understands are "Weaves" - LOL!!

I love Jill Scott. I have always admired her style and strength. She is one of the reasons that I decided to go natural. I love her music. Her style is great. Jill makes me want to wear what she is wearing. I love her hair in pic 10. Hey Jill when you come back to Baltimore, I'll be there hopefully my boyfriend will answer his phone this time.

I love photo number three, the fabulous fro. Jill Scott is the most beautiful woman and she's exudes confidence when she's performing on stage. I saw her perform in Memphis eariler this year and she killed it! Jill Scott and Erykah Badu are my favorites because their music is very profound and they're confident in their own skin. They've inspired me to be as natural as can be and I quit relaxing my hair. Somtimes I rock a big fro just like Jilly's.

Jill I don't know where to begin. Do I start out by talking about your inner beauty or outer beauty first. I admire your style, your poetry, your grace, your songs and you are an awesome entertainer. You have been blessed by a divine power and you truly embraced those blessings and blessed others in so many way, unimaginable (as you would say). As a African American full figured, natural hair women, I feel inspired by the energy and imagine you give. My friends call me Jill as my alter ego name, because of my poetry. I love poetry, I love writing, and I would love one day to share my poetry with you. Everyone tells me to I can go far with it but I don't know where to begin.
