If you watched the Grammy's last Sunday, then you know that Ciara's makeup look was fierce. Beyond fierce. We were so impressed that we immediately called the singer's makeup artist Yolanda Frederick to congratulate her--and by the end of the conversation, she'd agreed to stop by the Essence.com office and give beauty editor Tia Williams her very own Ciara-at-the-Grammy's makeover. “I always begin by tweezing the brows,” says celebrity makeup artist Yolanda Frederick, who used Shu Uemura products to create Ciara’s look. “To help carve it out, I trace along the top and bottom of the brow with a tiny brush dipped in concealer.”
