Solange Knowles is the new face of The Body Shop and MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation Say “Yes, Yes, Yes” to Safe Sex campaign. The 22-year-old “Sol-Angel” is asking young people worldwide to say “Yes” to safe sex. ESSENCE.com had the chance to speak to the budding star and single mother at New York’s Meet at the Apartment where she talks candidly about why she is passionate about this cause, President Obama inspiring her to want to do more, and how she will one day handle having the sex talk with her son Daniel, 5.

And to those who say people who say all they say is wrap it up. Funny how nobody, said this is what I would say or say to my children. People depend onthe media to teach their kids, so hey, it si , what it is. But there is aslo a generation of people who have stories to tell, but won't. Need to tell them, but don't. Yet, wanna throw stones like they haven't sinned.

M.e. so the alternative is what? Burnoign them a thte stake? Beatin gthem into submission? It is funny how people are so quick to judge. You don't what God has in store for her, so to speculate why she probably got pregnant is silly. And true, yes, there are teens who want to have kids and later find out that it takes a lot to be a parent. However, your post supports my opinon about how we are so quick to point fingers and judge, but don't offer solutions.
