The Obama Administration and Fox News Controversy
The Obama Administration vs. Fox News Network
Responding to daily attacks on President Obama by the Fox News channel, White House communications director Anita Dunn dismissed the cable news channel as “opinion journalism masquerading as news,” arguing that the administration must distinguish its policies from Fox pundits. Is the White House pushing back at Fox News a good idea? You be the judge.

You know what why not entertain this station that they call News, Sean, and Bill has been on the Obama Adminstration since they took office. And lets not for get about Glenn Beck, if you watch the View Whoopi and Barbara said that Glenn Beck lied on them as well when they were attending a event at the White House. They would not know the truth if it hit them in the face, and they were the ones talking about the "birth certificate" and also help well some of the Fox key people with the Tea parties, because the don't have the guts to do it themselves and the people the get are just puppets. So the White House should not entertain this crap and worry about what is important is the healthcare, war, and the economy that their party got us into.

For one, the White House is not at WAR with Fox News. They simply stated that Fox News is essentially an arm of the Republican Party which is true! From there, Fox News made it a huge story that there is this big war against them. The sad reality is we don't have real news anymore. These entertainment stations (which is how I would classify CNN and Fox News) CREATE stories to keep the 24/7 "news" cycle going. I don't have a problem with the White House pushing back against lies and distortion regardless of who is doing it. It was a successful strategy that worked during Obama's Presidential campaign. These lies have considerable power when they are not refuted and challenged so I'm happy they are doing what is necessary to get the truth out there.
