I really think it is a shame how people come on here and leave their negative comments. You must have nothing better to do. No Biggie may not have lived his life like how God says we should, but really neither do more than half the world and who are we to judge. He rapped about what was real. Maybe not everyone's reality but it was reality. Like Jay-z said "It's a hardknock life for us". It was his life and the life around him. He was the best rapper, and an inspiration to many. Lyrics don't make a person, they just make a person some money. Don't hate the playa hate the game.

This life we live in is so curl...different people talk down on others when you're doing good & make their life about yours when you're doing BAD. Look around I say to you negative is all about us....Make your comments; Oh my! Make your demands....but at the end who gives a care? Having a famous person in your life isn't such a crime....Having anyone that you want to call your hero isn't such ashame, but when you talk down on someone's hopes and dreams then- LIVE YOUR LIFE. Drugs, Violence is that suppose to be NEW? Entertainment, Stupidity-------that's been around for years. Talk down on me all you want.....I'm living my life. Talk about those that you don't know anything about; or as they say wish you were them.....Get a life, because you see their still living theirs. Make a move and be success in you future, STOP glaze into someone elsa's......maybe One day you're have someone that wants to make you their "Hero"........

im waiting for a movie to come out about sam cooke. Hollywood doesn't like to portray the real talents and smarts of Black people. They only like to glamorize the negative effects of what young black people think is the only way to make money--selling drugs and rapping. I can't see the positive impact Biggie left on our young, impressionable black youth. I see that this movie is only to make money by dramatizing a dead rapper's notorious life.

The world is obsessed with glitz and glamour lacking substance, this movie is not any different. I feel sorry for Ms. Wallace. Her son and his work, in the short time he was on earth, was greatly disrespectful, demoralizing to women, and contradictory to any one serving as a role model for any community. It is painfully obvious that he did not live his life for Christ. If anything, let him be in his death, a model of what happens to someone who lives separated from God. My advice to her is to give her life to Christ and share God's word with her grandchildren.

i caught a partial interview of ms. wallace, i was also wondering why is this story so important, she stated that there was so much she didn't know about her son and she wanted to find out through someone elseses eye's. i can respect that, because he is know one we should be glorifying. i think a movie about tupac should also be made, he came from a very strong background, that actually did make a difference in our community. if you think back tupac only started leading that real thug life when he was constantly being mistreated by the authorities. at the end of the day, we all need to be careful on who we choose as heros, it should be your own parent's, but there's nothing wrong with telling a story, when a person was trying to change his or her life......"when you know better you do better""

I just don't get how and why there is even a movie out about BIG. Don't get me wrong, loved him like everyone else, his presence is definitely missed. But, where is Pac's story? He has yet to have a mainstream film. His life and background carries far more weight than Big's did. I'm not pressed to see it. And I love Dereck Luke, but Puff.... No way, puff is way too flamboyant. I guess he will have to dig deep to show Puff, I wonder how Puff feels.

I guess it is pretty clear that we all have freedom of speech, however, I am confused by the negative comments. There really is no room for that anymore especially from parents of teenage children. He may not have inspired everyone's son but someone was inspired. I am grateful that I can see past people's mistake and recognized the good in them and what they have attempted to bring to the table, as well, as any attempt to ensure that other young people do not follow the same path that they took. Chill out and breath.....please
