Neenah Pickett, a 42-year-old single woman, recently launched her Web site, 52weeks2findhim.com. As part of her New Year’s resolution, Pickett vowed to meet her husband in 52 weeks.
“I always come up with crazy, wacky and fun ideas anyway because I work as a media consultant, so that’s what I get paid to do. During a dry time of guys asking me out, I came up with the idea.”

Go Neenah!! I respect your originality & courage. I met my ex-husband through traditional "wait & he will show up" means - the marriage barely lasted six years. Divorced 7 yrs, recently I have speculated various online dating sites but have not made any real connections with any of them. At the end of 2008 I told one of my best girlfriends that I refuse to have the same old man- bashing conversations at the end of 2009. Instead I have cleaned out my bad relationship closet, throwing out the junk and am keeping my heart, mind, prayers and faith focused on improving me & welcoming 'him' into my life. My friend & I laughed and agreed and are believing that it is possible to have thriving, stable, life-long relationships with our men by the end of this year!!
