Dear CNN: Where is your respect and dignity? Please stop showing the video of a very personal tragedy of footage of Mr. Jackson's accident on stage. This should be censored and I very much like to know what anyone stands to gain from the constant airing of this very personal tragedy. Sadden and disappointed!!!

As the mother of an artist and talented young man, I fear the world just does not undertand the gentleness of a creative spirit. Those that do see its potential for greatness, grab at it until there is little left. Michael wrote the soundtrack to our lives and brought dance to a level of artisty. On stage, he was happy and devoted to us. My husband and I danced the nights away in the 80s and 90s and dated to MJs music, and our Halloweens will forever be celebrated with "Thriller." While I am sad at losing him, I know where he is now and am comforted. To the Jackson family, my sincerest sympathies.

Yes, MJ you are BAAADDDD. U are the only music on my playlists. Since I first saw you at 11 years old in 1972, you were my secret love and benchmark. Thank you GOD, MJ did his job well.

Michael was a talented and brillant man. The lyrics to his songs were sooo womderful. He was a artist and activist all in the same. He cared about social issues in the world. Such a gentle soul. I will always love Michael. I grew up wanting to be just like him, he has been a inspiration to many. Even llittle kids like his music. I wish he would have known more love and peace in his life. I pray his family will be strengthen and trurn to God at this time. And that his kids were loved by their Dad.

I am so glad that it finally came out that Michael Jackson suffered from a skin disease called Lupus. I love Mj and I always will. I hated how people would make fun of him all the time, at times his won black people. He kept telling people he had a skin disease. Being the kind gentle soul he was he never lashed out at anyone. He was in sooo much pain in his life but as the strong champ and African American man that he was he continued his career without giving up through all the pain and people mocking him. He had no one to turn to and turned to drugs to ease the pain somewhat but it never could. He only wanted to bring joy to his fans. I love him with all my heart and he will be greatly missed forever. Love you Michael always and forever you were special and one of a kind.

My condolences to the ENTIREJackson family! Contrary to what many haters may think, the bible does say to give honor where honor is due, and MJ, we give you props, because of your universal human gift to sing and perform with excellence and wholeheartedness at a level no other can claim. You have MANY(millions) fans of ALL races not many artists can say that. People will always talk, but wisdom is proved right by actions. Some of your actions were questionable at your age though you may have done it all in purity, love and innocence lack of wisdom was evident. However no one can judge, we will ALL face our maker, and give an account for ALL we did and did not do with our lives, thanks for sharing your GOD given gift with us all, may you rest in peace and may GOD have mercy on your soul. Much love~aar

Like everyone else I cried and cried and cried. I loved Michael too and he will forever live in my heart. I truly hope that his final resting place will be at Neverland so that my family can make the pilgrimage to see him. Like Marlon said, "maybe they will leave him alone", I pray that they will too Marlon. God Bless his Heart, Mind and Soul and all of the Jackson Family. Our brother is gone but WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Michael was so so handsome. I wish he knew that. He was such a nice person. I wish he knew that. Even without the fame and fortune, he would have been such a blessing to those around him.

I can't imagine how he felt dealing with the agonizing pain of Lupus, the hair loss and the vitaligo. People accusing him of trying to be white eventhough all the man simply tried to do was deal with his sickness by evening his skin. The pain is gone Mike. As much as we miss you here on earth, I imagine you showing the angels how to moonwalk across the streets made of gold. Return to the one who made you in His own image. -A fan since The Wiz, Aja
