Michael and Janet Jackson

I have to say that I'm still in disbelief that Michael has made his transition. Of course I know that we all will make our transitions too some day, however its just a little hard when the man who was my very first star crush and who has been around my entire life dies unexpectedly. Michael made me believe I could sing and his music is the reason that I'm sure a music and video junkie today. I will always love MJ and I thank God for blessing the world with such a beautiful spirit!

I can't begin to fathom what Michael's family & friends are feeling, to us he was the King of Pop and an Icon of music. He will forever be in our hearts. My heartfelt condolences to everyone that is suffering this loss and may you all find comfort in this trying time..

Worn down by my begging, my mother finally gave in and bought the Off the Wall album for me. I was seven. I loved music and this album made me happy. My sister grew up listening to the Jackson 5 and I grew up listening to Michael Jackson. It is still hard to believe that he is gone. Public scrutiny overshadowed his talent over the past years. We lost an entertainer but the Jackson family lost a son, father, brother, and uncle. My prayers are with them.

To Mrs. Jackson and the entire Jackson family, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of bereavement. Michael was on an assignment from God - he accepted the call and fulfilled his assignment. I pray that you find comfort in knowing that Michael's legacy and music will live forever. While Michael may have accomplished more than any human being on earth - I sincerely believe it was time for him to go home and be with our heavenly father. Be encouraged and know that God doesn't make any mistakes - Michael is in a better place and I don't think he would want to come back. Michael I will see you when I get to the other side, baby take your rest for surely you have earned it! R.I.P.
