Tamara Harbison, the 27 year-old North Carolinian who dropped an amazing 125 pounds in nine months, is back to fill us in on how she’s maintained her new weight and all the fabulosity that comes with it!
“I’ve maintained my weight loss by being consistent with my diet and exercise routine on a daily basis. I don’t do one day on and one day off dieting. The way I eat and exercise is my new lifestyle,” Harbison explains.

I am very happy for you I am onJennyCraig one minute I am up and the next way up I do exercise every day treadmill and hiphop but Iam still the same weight.Congratulation to you
