Tamara Harbison, the 27 year-old North Carolinian who dropped an amazing 125 pounds in nine months, is back to fill us in on how she’s maintained her new weight and all the fabulosity that comes with it!
“I’ve maintained my weight loss by being consistent with my diet and exercise routine on a daily basis. I don’t do one day on and one day off dieting. The way I eat and exercise is my new lifestyle,” Harbison explains.

I am so proud of you and so motivated!! I went through a similar transformation myself and right now my aim is to tone and eliminate the belly! [We women know how troublesome that area is]. Keep up the lifestyle, it is worth it!
