Malia & Sasha Obama
The First Daughters
Malia and Natasha (Sasha) Obama have moved from a familiar routine in Chicago to a brand new house, a new school and new friends all in the last 100 days that there father has been President. The girls are adjusting to it all with the help of their parents and grandmother, who now lives with them.
Take a look at how they’ve transitioned since moving to D.C. and how life in the White House actually looks pretty darn fun.

Sasha's Thumbs Up is the best photo for me!

Here is the best example we as a people should follow. Marriage should be defined as unity between two people who have each other's back no matter what. To our woman, I hope Michelle is an inspiration of how a woman backs up her man and supports everything he does (that's good of course) to grow and be the better person he can be. For my brothers, I hope Pres. Barack is an inspiration of hope and dream to live and unleash our full potential . It's time for us to take the leads caring for our women and kids and do everything we can(that's good of course) to make things happen. Love y'all Ketchazo

is it jus me who has noticed that the prez loves Malia more out of her and Sasha?? lol i totally agree wit y'all they is a beautiful loving family but Malia takes all the love..in most of the pics, Sasha seem to be the one always waiting a turn for a hug kiss or cuddle while Malia gets all the glory....sometimes i think he even loves her more than he loves Michelle..

An absolutely beautiful family and a wonderful example of a strong and close knit family. I agree with Lauren. Essence can you please use this year to focus on those making a positive impact in our world and community?

Essence- In honor of the first Lady, I think you should dedicate this year to only focusing on blacks that are uplifting our global image, instead of tearing it down. I would personally like to see/hear more of the Michelle Obama type: elegant, classy and ladylike. No more stories about NeNe Leaks, Karinne Steffans, celebrities' baby mamas or any other female that proudly contributes to the negative stereotypes of black women. Let's make this year the year of the Diva!
