TO "c" : I had surgery last year in May for eight fibroid/uterus. I was working out prior to my surgery. I started with small sit ups. Laying down flat; cross legs @ the knee; pull your arm over your head and pull up to meet your crossed legs. I had a personal tng & started 3 months after surgury. Do lite squits w/5 lb weights

Thanks for the info. In the past year, I have had 3 abdominal surgeries. I would like to know if anyone has suggestions on what abdominal exercises I can do safely without injury. I am still healing internally and don't want to impede my progress.
