Hi, Just wanted to say thank you to Ms. Union for visitng my homeland, Ghana. When I saw this email in my mailbox, it gave me hope for women suffering from breast cancer in Africa. Just about a couple days ago, my auntie passed of breast cancer that she had been struggling with. Seeing that some education and preventive measures are being presented to Ghana and other African countries gave me hope. Thank you Ms. Union and God bless you.

Gabrielle, I want to say good job done. It is a good step in the right direction. I am from Ghana (West Africa) and this medical facilitate will be tremendously used. There are many who suffering from this disease but can't afford to go outside the country. I hope in the near future the medical care will be affordable for the local people. Thank you very much and may God bless your time, thoughts and funding. ----- GO Ghana!

It's always good to see a celebrity helping the less fortunate. Breast cancer is very serious, and we all have, are know a loved one who has been touched by this disease. So, Ms.Union keep doing a blessed thing for our Kenyan women. God bless you.

BB you must understand the culture, the men Gabby was seen with are chiefs, they are very, very important , they are the ones who set the tone for villages, tribes etc if there is going to be any change in this war against breast cancer it is vital that they get on board and then they will be able to help bring about that change that is needed

I'm glad Ms. Union is giving her time and efforts to a good cause. Essence magazine posted these pictures of her wth mostly men I don't why? It would've made since to show some women and medical facility vists. To: Chrissy, Sounds like you've been drinking "hatorade" cause your comments against the other blogger were not very nice at all Posted at 2:07PM on October 27th 2008 by Chrissy

Men have breast cancer also. Cancer doesn't discriminates.

That was my first thought also when I first looked at the photos. That for a cause that affect women mostly, I did not see many photos as I would have liked with women and young girls. I know Gabby is on a mission and I commend her for that but I think it would be most befitting to show females and not males. These men in the photos are not victims of the diseases so why are we looking at them?
