I love this article! I really don't understand how anyone can look at an article like this and take a negative spin on it. BOTH THE OBAMA GIRLS ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! Tika (and the rest like her), seek help immediately. It's 2009, not 1909. I highly doubt that you are representing the AKA organization with that ignorance - and this statement is coming from a Delta.

I will not address the skin issue because that is not what the topic is about. It's about father's and i wish that my father spent time with me and loved me like the ones in this story. Let's rise beyond skin issues and tackle real serious issues like the lack of fathers in our communities. Love to you all!!!!

Wyclef's kid is so cute!! I can't say I'm surprised that Bill Bellamy's wife isn't black, typical.

tika- You sound SOOOO ignorant. It's these types of thoughts and comments that keep us down as a people. I'm light skinned and so what? Black is beautiful, period. And you say you went to college...??? Wow...

The comment about the Obama girls is so uncalled for. Why do we do this to ourselves, black women! We always have to make an issue out of skin color! He loves both of his daughter, I don't think either feels left out. I think at Malia's age she should show more affection so she doesn't go looking for it in some boy.
