Ever since an ESSENCE.com staffer had the pleasure of seeing Diana Ross in concert last week--seven costume changes, and all--we've been having a major Diana moment. Simply put, she is the diva to end all divas! Impossibly gorgeous and relentlessly glamorous, Ms. Ross set the standard for Black beauty back in the Sixties and continues to dazzle the world, today. In the Sixties, girl groups were all the rage…but Diana Ross and The Supremes were the end-all be-all. Back then, it was all about heavy black liquid liner, rows of faux lashes and pale pink lipstick.
