THANK PAMELA..... I agree wholeheartedly.... I ceased getting essence magazine when they posted on their front page "when mr. right isn't black'.... I asked them if Cosmo or Good Housekeeping had ever had an article that stated to white women, "when mr. right is black".... I have yet to see that cover article. What's even more insulting is to hear so-called black men state that they want to have kids w/ women of other races because they want 'pretty kids'.... their words not mine!! what does that say about how they feel about themselves? their moms, sisters, aunts and other women in their family?? and its insulting to their partner; they're in a relationship NOT BECAUSE THEY LOVE THAT PERSON, but because of how society views or will view their children? how sad.... it truly is interesting how our media seems to constantly bombard black women w/ the whole "you shouldn't limit yourself to black men" game, but I have yet to hear a similar argument directed at other women of color....

I am so sick and tired of the damn media trying to shove interracial dating down our throats. So what if AA decide to date or marry outside the race. That's their problem, not mine.
