Oh! how about children from IR who do they marry when they grow up! Do they stick with the father race if the father is black or the mother's race if the mother is white(viceversa)? Since Essence want to post this kind of crap! How about making it even crappier!! lollol

WTF2, Maybe this can be one of Essence next topic to post. Population of the ethnic races. Russians, Germans, and the Irish etc that would consist of the caucasians race (as a whole) and the African-American groups, Africa, Haiti, etc you get my point. Let's see how that article would raise awareness. Like I said earlier Essence has a lack of creativness in their articles of today!

Toya - I was saying all along that I was talking about the global population - not the U.S. population. Just re-read my posts. Of course whites are the majority in the U.S. The point is that genocide is not happening because people date IR, that there are more important things to concern ourselves with, and that spending time getting bent out of shape about who other people choose to date and marry is a total waste. And I never said that YOU were bent out of shape about it. But people obviousy do get bent about it. Which is why these articles create such a controversy among bloggers, and why these articles keep showing up in Essence.

WTF2, Whites constitute the majority of the US population 73.94% broken down, here's only a few groups German American 16.8% Irish American 12.1%, English American 9.3% now included in this category are White Hispanics 8.11%. and others that will make up the caucasian american race. Maybe this will clarified what I'm mean when I say majority! No I'm not bent out of shape at all! You are right there are more bigger issues than this!

Toya - what I meant to say is that whites are "a" minority, not "the" minority world-wide. Both whites and blacks each make up around 14% of the world's population (for a total of around 28% between the two), while Asian dominate. Whites are not the majority globally. The point I was making is that if any race gets wiped out because IR, it will be whites. The reason is that mixed children are not considered white anymore as you know. But that aside, the races aren't going anywhere like I said. Why get bent out of shape about it. We need to focus on more serious issues.

I am a black american women and I am actually not attracted to black men on a whole so I prefer to date outside my race. I live in Ct. and up north most successful black men date non black women. Sorry, but I am over black men in general.

BP are ignorant...while you concern yourself with meaningless crap, others stay focused to build communities that stay strong and educated...then wind up using and abusing most of you like the fodder you are. In other communities this is not an issue and when it is, they usually disown and cast out their kin, unlike you who don't even like your own kind and would cast your own away for the acceptance of people who don't want you unless of course they are using you for something, and judging from these comments..you only offer a limited amount of things..lol
