Usually I am not a hater but I don't agree that Nick and Mariah should have made the best dressed list because she is always dressed scant and looking like a hooker.

To me that picture of nick and mariah looks like she's standing up their fixing his tie and possing for the camera at the same time while he's standing up their looking like, ooh don't do this .I'm a grown ass man,I can fix my own tie.That's just what it looks like to me.Besides , this is a nice looking couple!

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COUPLE SO IN LOVE AS BARACK AND MICHELLE OBAMA. I AM SO HAPPY THEY ARE #1. THEY ARE A BEAUTIFUL COUPLE. ALL OF THE COUPLES LOOK GREAT BUT THEY BRING SOMETHING MORE TO THE TABLE THAN JUST GOOD LOOKS.

It's not hard to look great when you have stylist bringing you the right clothes.We as blacks have great sense of fashion.So don't hate if your favorite celeb did not get a pic......neither did mine.

What is black love? At any rate, I'm surprised that Will and Jada Smith aren't Essence's best-dressed couple closely followed by President-Elect Obama and his wife or vice-versa. Being well dressed has less to do with the actual outfit and more to do with the elegance with which one carries off his or her outfit. This is doubly important when rating couples. The two couples I've mentioned above have complementary elegance that when separated doesn't have as much impact. As a couple means a unit of two, two individuals don't make a couple in the true sense of the word when their energies fight to share the spotlight or worse when one of the energies puts the partner's in the backseat. I did travel all over the world,trust me,the images of Blacks shown on media is not a good look,no matter how much money they have. Its like jail,volient etc especially the men.So to see peopple like these above 4 couples mention on Tv,Magaines or photos and see how much they Care and Love thier wives,makes me proud as a black Lady. For it took years to see happy black couples(Nick and Mariah) on the cover of peopple Magazines. Not baby mama drama,volient, jail, court cases, problems with police there and then etc. Fashion is in the eye of those who see what they want to see at thier own taste.STOP HATING

I think Essence should not only look at dressing,but also on MANNERS,CONFIDENT,PRIDE AND LOVE,TO SHOW SOME ROLE MODEL. B\C some of these couple behave as brothers and sister out of complex or they are afraid of the stupid media hype. We should all learn from Obama and wife, Will and Jada,Nick and Mariah, Usher and wife,i donnot know how the others from follows.

Some Haters are always after Mariah and Nick,no matter what they do. The good thing is that they donot even care what the haters says. I saw these collections on other magazines and Nick and Mariah were all over each other and laughing. They were soo cute and wonderful together. Teach us how sweet marriage and natural love is. She is hot,can put on rags and look a million. This list to me is funny..
