I too think that this is such a glorious time. I have a five year old son that I plan to have with me when I cast my vote. Prior to our arrival to the polls, I plan to take a special picture with him so when he becomes a man, he will be able to display that picture with pride when he talks about the day he went to the polls with his Mom and watched her cast her vote for the first African American President...

I trust all people realize the significance of this election. I am a 69 years old black man who has voted since 1960. However, it will be the first time I can cast a vote for a worthy Black Man. We have come a long way, but We still have a long way to go. This is the start. PLEASE VOTE!

I'm embarrassed to admit and PROUD TO SHOUT that this year will be my very first time voting at the age of 42!!!! However waiting in line or even walking up to cast my vote will be an overwelming feeling for me. just thinking about my first experience is causing my heart to race @ a very rapid pace. As most people have mentioned about Obama not having alot of experience in running the UNITED STATES, however there's one thing that stands out whenever u hear him speak, and that's COMPASSION TOWARDS OUR EVERYDAY CRISIS. Happy to say FAREWELL TO BUSH. AND HIS B...S....T!

I voted by mail on 10/18. I have never felt so proud to be an American. I know Obama does not have the answer to everything but he is the beginning to a better way of life for all of us. Obama/Biden 2008!

As mentioned before, please make sure you vote! I would love for you to vote Obama/Biden of course. Let's not vote on the basis of skin color, let's vote on the basis of need for this country and our families! I will continue to keep Obama and his family in my prayers and encourage you all to do the same.
