I agree with Abbie (Posted at 11:55AM on December 19th 2008 by Abbie). President Obama used wisdom in choosing his appointees for his Cabinet, being mindful of whom he allowed to be in his circle. This is a life-changing lesson for all of us. NEWSFLASH: Every "black" person does not deserve (qualify) to be in your circle! Mary Kay Ashe, a white woman (deceased) said: "Surround yourself with people who are achieving success and emulate them. Analyze and seek their counsel. Standards of excellence should affect every area of their lives." This is what President Obama has done, and is doing, and we must do likewise. Enough of this "our black men and women will still be at the lowest poll in jobs" foolishness because we're not feeling that anymore. Change your thinking...change your life.

l am so happy that we have a black President. God said it was time. l think vice president Biden is going to do alright. l like him. l still love former President Bill Clinton. He has soul, and he did good for our Country all though some may say different. The President, Vice President, and Secretary of State are a good team, and it is all going to work out. l have retored faith in our Country again. l lost my faith in our Country when Bush was elected, and now l have renewed faith. Hallelujah, Amen.
