First Lady, Michelle Obama, is an excellent role model for all the little girls, the women of America and across the globe. I beam with pride every time she speaks. As a First Lady, a wife, and a mother she epitomizes what a beautiful, intelligent, successful and graceful woman should be. The fact that she is an African-American woman makes me even more prouder of her. She is my role model.

Handsome, articulate, intelligent man (President Obama), beautiful, intelligent, gracious wife (First Lady) and precious, pretty daughters (1st daughters, Sasha and Malia). Every time I see them, my face lights up with pride, I smile a BIG smile and tears of joy fill my eyes. God Bless and Protect the First Family!!!!

I agree with Dawn, when she said, "President Obama has just been in the White House for ONLY 1 month, and already we're grading him on his performance, but NO ONE, NOBODY every questioned what that previous president did or even asked him to be accountable for his actions." President Bush and all his cronies should be brought up on charges and put in jail! But, knowing how this system of INJUSTICE works, he will never have to pay for the crimes he committed against the American people, I fear he will get away with everything he's done and not be held accountable. It is a cryin' shame! And yet, they wanted to impeach President Clinton for just his personal sexual improper action in the White House with Monica Lewinsky, which did not affect or impact our National Security or put the American people at risk, or in in harms way like Bush's Administration did.

I feel so blessed and very hopeful for the New Year 2009 and beyond. FINALLY a man of whom we can be proud of in the White House; a man we can be proud to call our President; a man whom we can look up to and our kids can emulate. God Bless, President Obama, his family and Vice President Biden and his family. FINALLY, we have families in the White House who can identify with the common people and not the so-called rich. They know what it's like to be "working poor" and they will work in our behalf. I truly believe in President Obama and I pray for him every night. I am so glad we have a good looking, smart, intelligent and well-spoken man to represent the U.S. for a change in the White House. Every time I saw Bush speak, I cringed, because he was not honest, nor did he speak from the heart; , he was an embarrassment and couldn't speak without cue cards. God Bless President Obama. I am PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!!!

To the ignorant so-called "Knowledge is Power" post. It so sad that you say have acquired knoweldge by making the statement that President Obam works for the "Wealthy Corporate Crooks". President Obama is not one who was born in an elitist environment with a silver spoon in his mouth. If he worked the Corporate America why would he put a cap on salary for these unethical people who were taking tax-paying dollars for extravagant trips and building mega homes? I wish people like like yu would stop spewing your hatred and ignorance and leave President Obama alone.
