Women Share Their Worst Dates
1 of 15 Allison, 31 “On one date, the guy suggested we go for dinner. When the waitress came with the bill, he gave her his credit card and then said to me, ‘It probably won’t work because it’s expired.’ He told me that he had a new card but hadn’t activated it yet. Right. Mind you, I’d already told him that I had just gotten laid off and was living off of unemployment and savings. The only alternative he suggested was to go back to his job ten blocks away and ask his coworkers for some petty cash. When the waitress came back and told us his card had been declined, I was thoroughly embarrassed. I paid for the meal and made that the end of the evening—and the end of us dating.”

as a white woman who finally found the right white guy, but first had to wade through several years worth of losers and mr. wrongs, i just want to say these bizarre dating stories are sadly universal--there are a lot of clueless, strange and damaged men out there, white, black, asian, whatever. here's hoping they wise up before any more unfortunate ladies cross their paths! |

It is just amusing reading these stories but in reality these guys are ridiculous. They need a slap. Tia M. dates seems as if he never been to a restaurant before-asking for Kool Aid. This was the funniest.Just picturing the hits he would get over his head with that wooden spoon.lol |

Those dates were horrible and funny. What made him dye his hair ORANGE?!!! A man on a motorcycle, with a "Wish tail" wish he had a pony tail and stinking leather wearing loud ghetto alley behind. These brothers in these stories...see white, and asian women can have them. Good riddance. Rofl. |

Ladies do not give up hope. There are a lot of us good brothers out here. I think we all need to step up (men and women) and do a better job at treating each other better. We need to respect each other and get each others back. Just know for every bad experience the perfect experience more than makes up for it. |

It is sad that we sisters have to go through so much just to date? Yeah the stories are funny however,it is sad that we have to go that extra mile just to date. I am in a bad relationship now and when I get out of it I decided not to date because there are no good brothers out here. Sorry if I am coming off as a basher but I am a single mother with 4 kids one of them in college and the prospects for me is zero so I just give up on finding "the one" |

I really enjoyed reading these ladies worst dating experiences. It was very entertaining but yet so sad, disrespectful, and seem very much common when it comes to some men who just don't have a clue or don't care. |

Why did you not meet him at the restaurant and why would you hop in the car with him after the date obviously did not end well? Please ladies, use common sense! |

I'm sorry that my sisters have had to deal with this kind of hot mess but these are some of the funniest stories I've ever heard! This just proves that the pool of "good" men is very, very shallow. I'd rather be stood up :)! Men have no idea the mountains we have to climb to get that one decadent truffle. We (women) are the real prize & so many of them don't even know it. I'll pray that all of these sisters meet better men in the future. |

I just think they are all hilarious. We all know that all men are not like this but it is funny to hear some of the bad dates every once in a while. We all could use a little humor in our lives and what a way to have a few good laughs. I especially like Sabrina's because I would have done the same thing. Thank you ladies for the stories. |
