bronner bros honey mayo is good for hair strengthening, foam and carrot oil (lightly) if need on scalp on your wet set...keep the blow dryer and flat iron out the hair as much as possible...see your hair care professional weekly or bi weekly

Lisa Kelley, I am not a cosmetologist but try not to put too much heat on your hair because it will cause your hair to become brittle and cause split ends. If I were you, I would deep condition once a week to get your hair hydrated and strong again. If you workout a lot, try to wash your hair once a week minimum. But you know your hair more than anyone else. If you are brave enough, you might need to get a new hair cut to get rid of damaged areas and to start fresh. Make an appointment at a salon and explain to them what your needs are for your hair. I hope this helps.

@Hot Hair Looks Please don't take your locs out. I'm in photo #4, have locs, and the stylist made my hair look fab. (second from the left, brown dress, gold belt.) Remember LOCS ROCKS! :)
